Special Performance Opportunity for Children!

Red Curtain's Spring session for young actors will offer an opportunity to be part of a fully-produced play -- "The Wind in the Willows." Auditions will be held May 17, with 5 weeks of rehearsals (Tues., Wed. and Thurs. afternoons, 4:45-6:15). Performances June 23-24. Cost $195 per student, includes 2 tickets to the performance.


Also recommended: 3-week Audition Prep class for young actors, Wednesdays, April 26-May 10, 4:45-5:45 p.m. Learn about monologues, head shots, resumés, song preparation, stage presence and more. Only $30 for the series.

The Mid-Winter Session begins March 4. All classes take place at the Red Curtain Arts Center, located at 9315 State Ave. #J, in the Goodwill retail center. The entrance is behind the EvCC Cosmetology School, next to the Goodwill donation drop-off.

Arts Education


Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts is dedicated to arts education. In addition to year-round classes in the performing arts, RCF offers opportunities for hands-on learning in acting, technical theatre, lighting and sound design, set construction, costuming, event production and promotion, and much more. Classes and workshops in fine art techniques are also on the schedule.
